Road Rage: Akron Loser Arrested after Hurling Rocks, Milkshake at Passing Cars

AKRON, OH (WOIO) - A 19-year-old Akron man tossed in the clink after he was involved in a road rage incident.

The victims reported they were traveling in the 1400 block of Massillon Road around 10PM Tuesday night, when another car passed them on the left. The front seat passenger in the vehicle threw a milkshake and rocks at the victims' car.

The driver and passenger were struck with rocks, however refused medical treatment. After being hit with rocks and a milkshake, the driver wrote down the license plate number of the suspect's car and gave it to the police.

Officers followed up and located the suspect's car in the 900 block of Lane Street.

The passenger, Robert Pearson, was arrested and charged with Assault, Vehicular Vandalism and Criminal Damaging. Pearson was booked into the Summit County Jail.
