Cleveland, OH - 19 Action News has learned one County Office isn't doing what its supposed to do, so we went straight to the top to Ask The Tough Questions. 

Why hasn't County Recorder Lillian Greene's office conducted criminal background checks on any of its own employees?

There is a bit a problem though and it will be finding the qualified and educated workers to fill the jobs especially in the medical industry. According to Jenny Febbs with Team NEO the challenge will be getting our young educated population to stay home as well as attracting people from other parts of the county.
