Cleveland: Full Steam Ahead For Multi-Million Dollar Federal Project

(WOIO) - A multi-million dollar federal project is going full steam ahead in Cleveland despite one of it's local developers being linked to the county's corruption probe.

19 Action News first reported this last month and so far, nobody really wants to talk about it - including the U.S. government.
