19 Action News Wheel of Justice Fugitive, Alvin Pace Arrested

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Wheel of Justice loser, Alvin Pace was arrested Thursday morning on E. 75th Street.

The wheel stopped on his Tuesday evening.

Pace was wanted for escape and was taken into custody without incident.
