AKRON, OH (WOIO) - A Uniontown man really needs to learn how to call a cab.

Richard E. Poe was busted for his sixth drunken driving offense after an accident at I-77 and Route 8 on Sunday night.

The 67-year-old was taken to Akron City Hospital but later released.

Poe was charged with driving under the influence and tampering with evidence.

He has five prior convictions for driving under the influence.
