BROOKLYN, OH (WOIO) - Former Brooklyn Mayor Ken Patton is facing criminal charges, after getting way to friendly with a co-worker at city hall.

Patton is accused of putting the moves on a co-worker and the woman didn't want anything to do with it.

The unidentified woman says Patton pinned her to a desk and performed a simulated sex act on her -- all on city time.

Now special prosecutor Dean Homan from Medina County just charged Patton, a married man, with assault and unlawful restraint.

19 Action News investigative Reporter broke the story last year and within days of his exclusive report, Patton resigned citing health reasons.
