GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - Police in Garfield Heights are investigating after the mother of a 13-year old girl says her daughter was kidnapped and raped.
The horrible incident reportedly happened early Tuesday morning.
According to police, the victim says she was sitting on her grandmothers porch around 12:30 A.M. when she says two men snatched her and raped her.
Police are searching for suspects.
One is described as a tall bi-racial male with a muscular chest. He has a full beard, short braids, and in his late 20s or 30s. There were also driving a red late model car that makes a loud noise when it rolls down the street.
