MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened inside Hillcrest Hospital Friday night.

Mayfield Heights police tell 19 Action News that the shooting occurred just before 9PM and was an apparent murder-suicide.

The victims involved were 77-year-old Dorothy Milstein and 77-year-old Albert Milstein.

According to a neighbor, the couple had been married for more than fifty years. The hospital is owned and operated by the Cleveland Clinic. The following statement was released late Friday night:

"We are fully cooperating with the Mayfield Heights Police Department investigation. This tragic situation involved a husband and wife and no other patients, visitors or employees were harmed."
