THOMPSON TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) - Geauga County Sheriffs held a late morning press conference Wednesday regarding a teenager who died after being found critically injured on the side of the road.

Authorities are now offering a several thousand dollar reward for any information leading to the arrest of the individual who killed 17-year-old Dan Swan.

Swan was found bloodied on Sidley Road in Thompson Township on July 25th.

According to Sheriff's Deputies, Swan and his friend were hanging out earlier in the evening when they became separated. The friend found Swan on Sidley Road, bleeding from his mouth, eyebrows and scalp.

Swan was rushed to Metro, where he died August 17th. An autopsy was completed Wednesday.
