CLEVELAND, OH (11/21/10) - Host, Harry Boomer sits down with two Cleveland Municipal judges to talk about a very important program involved in the personal and social development of men and women.
The program is called "Get on Track" and it was created by Cleveland Municipal Judges Emanuella Groves and Lauren C. Moore to get those convicted of misdemeanors or traffic violations out of the courtroom and into society with a diploma or equivalency degree in hand.
