CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - An update on the civil trial for alleged serial killer Anthony Sowell.

A judge decided Monday that the civil trial would be delayed until after the criminal trial.

In October of 2009 the remains of 11 women were found in and on the property of Sowell's Imperial Avenue home.

All of the victims were black women.

Sowell's criminal trial is scheduled to start on February 14th, 2011.

He faces the death penalty if convicted.
