CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Every time we air one of our editorials we ask you, the audience, to write and let us know what you think, and you do.
Recently, I talked about how good airport security methods should include some method of profiling. Gary from Euclid wrote us and said, "Finally a pound of common sense. Profiling or death for Americans, take your choice." And, Ruth from Cleveland agreed, she said, "Profiling is the best way to handle the security at the airports." But, Michael from North Olmsted disagrees. He wrote, "Racial or religious profiling is immoral and simply wrong and a clear violation of our freedoms."
Well, we also received a lot of responses about Cuyahoga County's recent vote electing a Democrat for County Executive. Donna from Euclid wrote to tell me, "Bill, I disagree with you. Just because we had several Democratic office holders who were dishonest, does not make all Democrats dishonest." And we agree with that.
