LORAIN, OH (WOIO) - A bus driver and man convicted of molesting kids were sent to jail, then cleared and freed now it's back to prison.

The Ohio Supreme Court just reinstated Nancy Smith and Joseph Allen's convictions.

The high court ruled Judge James Burge didn't have jurisdiction to open this twisted duo's case back in 2009 when he eventually cleared them.

Judge Burge opened the case because of an error in Smith and Allen's original sentencing entry in Lorain County.

Smith was convicted in 1994 of delivering school children to Joseph Allen for sex and was sentenced to 30-90 years in prison.
