Randazzo was the managing member of Financial Network of America, a Twinsburg financial company.

Prosecutors say both Frank Russo and Jimmy Dimora received items from the company in exchange for lucrative county contracts.

Bribes Russo and Dimora took include food, wine, and tickets for Cavs Club seats. And in 2004, both Russo and Dimora got a palm tree for their backyard, and Dimora even received a tiki hut.
