3 for 3: William Mitchell is found "GUILTY" on all counts

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

William Mitchell, an attorney who's firm bilked Cuyahoga County out of millions of dollars through a real estate appraisal firm it controlled has been found guilty of two corruption charges.

The jury deliberated for a day and a half. One of Mitchell's partners in the firm, Louis Damiani was the mastermind, he died in 2006.

 Two other partners Bruce Zaccagnini and Timothy Armstrong are serving prison terms and have been ordered to pay millions in restitution.

Mitchell was the third person to plead not guilty in the corruption case and take the charges to trial.

He is the third to be found guilty and will be sentenced on June 13th.
