Former Cuyahoga County Auditor Frank Russo avoids jail for another month

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Former Cuyahoga County Auditor Frank Russo will not have to report to prison for at least another month.

This, after Russo agreed to testify against former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora, who's trial is scheduled to begin on Sept. 12th.

Russo, pleaded guilty to 21 counts of corruption in 2010 and was to report to a federal prison in Pennsylvania on May 26th.
