CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A hearing was held Friday afternoon in Cleveland Federal Court on whether to push back former Cuyahoga County Commissioner, Jimmy Dimora's trial.

The trial is supposed to start September 12th, But both Dimora's attorneys and co-defendant Michael Gabor have asked for more time to prepare.

Prosecutors are now fighting the delay.
