Civil lawsuit filed against former Cuyahoga County Auditor Frank Russo

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Developing news surrounding former Cuyahoga County Auditor Frank Russo.

19 Action News has learned Russo is being sued in civil court. The suit was filed in late May by Raymond Rogers

The suit does not specify how much he is asking, or why he is suing.

Rogers is the son-in-law of Sandy Klimkowski, who was Russo's right-hand person and the former Maple Heights School Board President.

Klimkowski was charged in the corruption probe in September of 2009, and pleaded guilty to handing out bribes.

She's paying back more than $140K.
