Anthony Sowell's defense team gets confidential record use

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A judge in the Anthony Sowell murder trial just ruled that confidential records can be handed over to the defense team for them to use during the trial.

The ruling could help the accused serial killer's defense.

The judge ruled that the right to a fair trial outweighs the confidentiality of the records.
