Warning: Catalytic converters ripped out of parked cars at RTA park and rides

A warning for motorists who leave their vehicle at the RTA Park and Ride on Great Northern Boulevard.

North Olmsted police tell us there have been several reports of catalytic converters being stolen.

The thefts occurred on Friday, September 16th.

The entire catalytic converter is cut off from underneath the vehicle.

The cost to replace these runs about $450!

    The outlook for job in Northeast of Ohio looks pretty promising according to a new report released by Team NEO. In the next decade they estimate the area to add 150,000 jobs. There is a bit a problem though and it will be finding the qualified and educated workers to fill the jobs especially in the medical industry. According to Jenny Febbs with Team NEO the challenge will be getting our young educated population to stay home as well as attracting people from other parts of the county.
