AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

A former Cuyahoga County judge sentenced to 63 months in prison. This was the maximum prison sentence the Federal Judge could have given.

Former Judge Steven Terry was found guilty on three fraud related charges in connection to the federal Cuyahoga County corruption probe.

Terry was convicted of fixing cases and making rulings in several cases, including a foreclosure case at the request of former Cuyahoga County Auditor Frank Russo.

Terry resigned after his conviction in June.
