CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Embattled former County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora was arraigned on new charges Wednesday afternoon.

The new indictment alleges racketeering and could earn Dimora up to 20 years in prison if he's found guilty.

In a loud, booming voice, Dimora stated he was not guilty of the new charges filed against him.

The case will be tried separately from the corruption charges filed earlier. That case will go to trial in January.
