Posted: Updated:
KENT, OH (WOIO) -

A local hotel accused an Ohio couple of smoking pot in their room.

Kim and Pat Rosmarin stayed at the Comfort Inn while dropping their son off at Kent State for his freshman year.

Two weeks later they got a bill for 200 bucks!

The hotel said they smoked pot in the room but they don't even smoke cigarettes.

They offered to take a drug test and even contacted the Attorney General's office...but got nowhere.

So they came to us for help and 19 Action News Investigative reporter Scott Taylor talked to the hotel and got action and got their money back.
