Cleveland (WOIO) - Peyton Hillis turned down a three year, $16.5 million deal from the Browns, Tony Zarrella reported on 19 Action News First at Four on Tuesday. The deal included $3 million in guaranteed money, and would have paid Hillis $4 million in the first year, followed by $4.5 million and $5 million.
The total amount is similiar to the deal linebacker Chris Gocong signed in September.
