My guest Joe Marinuuci, President and C-E-O of Downtown Cleveland Alliance talked about the not-for-profit organization's efforts to present Cleveland in the most positive light using it ambassadors who greet and meet people and clean the streets of downtown.

We talked about what it will mean for the city when the Medical Mart comes on-line.

We discussed the benefits to downtown to have more people living and working downtown.

There are about 10-people currently living downtown now.

Marinucci would like that to increase to 25-thousand over the next five to ten years.

We talked about how the multi-million dollar east bank of The Flats will impact on the city as well as what the Horseshoe Casino will add to the draw of Cleveland.

We discussed what business incentives and business development and business retention mean for the continued growth of downtown.

We touched on new projects Nine Twelve District, Euclid Avenue retail, state historic tax credits, parks and more green-spaces.
