Prenatal vitamins are recommended by doctors for pregnant women to help deliver a healthy baby.

But now, women that aren't pregnant are taking them and many claim they are getting stunning results from their use.

Is it a super vitamin with health and beauty benefits? Or is it an unnecessary risk?
