Forbes Magazine ranks most miserable cities

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Forbes Magazine lists Cleveland as the 12th most miserable city in the country.

The magazine ranked cities across the country on things like taxes, crime, corruption and sports teams.

Miami topped the list as the most miserable city, followed by Detroit, Flint, Michigan, West Palm Beach and Sacramento.
