Roderick Neal has been an IT Professional with 10+ years of experience in the IT and Educational industries while continuing to maintain his relevant knowledge through certifications and professional affiliations. He has discovered that his greatest assets to a company has been his contribution of ideas, energetic interaction with others, and fresh approach to problem-solving.

As network administrator at Lincoln College of Technology he's successfully deployed and managed LAN/WLAN infrastructures. A previous opportunity at TechSkills not only allowed him to administer a network but allowed him to become part of an instructional team in which he monitored student computer labs, taught "micro-labs" in A+, Net+, MCP, MCSA, Cisco (binary coding), interpersonal/communication skills and assisted with the development of curriculum for hands on activities.

His education includes study in computer science at Central State University and Cleveland State University. He obtained various vendor certifications through CompTIA and Microsoft while at TechSkills which include A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE and Security+.
