DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland Fire and Police responded Tuesday to a small fire in the Higbee Building where the casino is being built.

According to the Fire Department fire was a small one and was out before they got on scene.

Jennifer Kulczycki, Communications Director with Rock Gaming, told 19 Action News that a small box of pipe insulation in a mechanical space in the basement of the casino somehow ignited.

It was discovered and quickly extinguished by a worker.

The Fire Dept. was called as a precaution.
