2013 trial set for man accused in Craigslist murder plot

SUMMIT COUNTY (WOIO) -

A trial date has been set for the primary suspect in the Craigslist murder plot.

Richard Beasley's trial is scheduled for January 7th, 2013 in front of Judge Callahan.

Beasley and 16-year-old Brogan Rafferty are accused of luring men to a farm in Noble County through a Craigslist ad that promised work.

Three men were killed, a fourth man was shot, but survived.

Beasley faces the death penalty if convicted.
