CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

19 Action News has learned Cleveland Police have arrested and charged a man for the murder of a woman killed looking out her window.

The suspect, Ab Tipton, was arrested in connection with the homicide of Elissa Hereford and has been charged with murder.  He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 8:30 in courtroom 3D.

Elissa Hereford died two weeks ago on East 95th in Cleveland.

Investigators earlier arrested four other men for taking part in the shootout. The fifth person was just picked up on a warrant and is sitting in jail pending charges.

It appears the shootout was senseless, some kind of turf battle.
