Well, every time we air one of our editorials we ask you, the audience, to write and let us know what you think.  And you do.

I recently talked about a new law which could get you arrested for making publicly critical remarks in the presence of the president and other government officials under secret service protection.  Well, Marianne from Cleveland wrote to say, "just another step towards big government and the government slowly stripping us of our rights and freedoms."  Jason from Euclid wrote and said, "what are we some kind of outlaws.  If we are the land of the free, home of the brave, why are we being restricted?" but Howard from Berea wrote to say, "much ado about nothing.  I trust the secret service to impose this law when they feel it is necessary to protect the president."

And, we got a lot of feedback about proposed laws that would make land line phones obsolete. Diane from Strongsville wrote and said, "seniors need a land line to read updated medical history through the phone line if you have a heart pacer or defibrillator. Otherwise, she said, you have to go to your doctor's office. "and Beatrice from Cleveland wrote, "I agree with Bill Applegate.  We should be able to choose if we want a land line phone. And, I'm keeping mine."  Well, I don't blame you Beatrice.
