COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) -

The former Dixie Heights High School teacher and Ben-Gal cheerleader accused of having a sexual relationship with a student will wait to move forward in an unrelated civil case.

Sarah Jones' defamation trial against a website called The Dirty was rescheduled until November to give her defense team more time to review the criminal sex charges she faces. Jones' lawsuit against the website claims the site made false accusations about her sexual history.
