Warrant issued in cold case: Woman charged for 2006 murder

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A woman has just been arrested and charged with murdering her lover back in 2006.

Holly McFeeture is accused of using anti-freeze to do it, poisoning him. Cuyahoga County Prosecutors filed charges Tuesday afternoon against McFeeture of Cleveland.

They say she killed her live in boyfriend, Matt Podolak, 31. Relatives say he was a Navy veteran, and they had two kids together. 

McFeeture has been charged with aggravated murder and Contaminating Substance for Human Consumption. She will be arraigned Friday in court.
