Man accused in deadly street festival crash in court

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A 35-year-old man accused of causing a deadly crash at a weekend street festival was in court on Tuesday morning.

35-year-old Timothy Spock pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.

The accident happened at West 117th and Clifton Sunday at 7 p.m. where people were enjoying this year's "Dancing in the Streets" festival.

Spock is accused of being drunk when he plowed through a barricade and into a crowd of people.

Mitchell Andelmo was killed, and four others were injured. Constance Pokorny remains in fair condition at Metro and Basil Bass' condition is critical. The two others injured in the crash have been released from the hospital.

Police quickly arrested Spock on the scene. His bond was set at $150,000.
