Butler Co. Children Services Director on paid administrative leave

BUTLER COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

The director of Butler County Children Services is on paid administrative leave.

Jeff Centers was told on Tuesday that his leave is for an indefinite period of time. The move comes amid allegations that the agency didn't respond to multiple complaints about Shawn and Joanna Blackston. Police say the Blackstons allegedly locked their 12-year-old daughter in their unfinished basement.
