CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Although the Buffalo Bills won against the Browns on Sunday, one Bills fan ended up a big loser before the game even started.

Cleveland Police Sex Crimes Investigators have filed a charge against Richard Mis of Buffalo.

They say early Sunday morning, Mis was arrested at the Holiday Inn Express downtown for groping the chest of a 64-year-old female hotel clerk.

After a couple days in jail, cops have charged Mis with aggravated disorderly conduct.

Mis tells 19 Action News he's fighting the charges, "I'll get the videotapes, and it'll come out that I didn't do it."
