MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) -

Three men have been arrested after a hot was fired in the parking lot of a Middletown bar.

Police responded to the Take a Break Lounge on Jackson Lane just after 2 a.m. on Friday morning.

A shot was fire from a Chevy SUV parked near the front of the bar. Police say the Chevy was struck by another vehicle and the driver excited the SUV, firing one round from a 9mm pistol.

The driver of the Chevy, Tremaine Johnson, 28, of Fayetteville, NC was charged with felonious assault, discharging a firearm in city limits and using weapons while intoxicated. He was taken to the Middletown Jail.

The other vehicle that came in contact with the Chevy fled the area after the shot was fired.

During the investigation, Fredick Dinwiddle, 22, of Chattanooga, TN was arrested for obstructing official business and James Collins, 34, of Middletown, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing official business and possession of marijuana.
