Posted: Updated:

TOLEDO, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - A house went up in flames on Kenilworth near Cherry Wednesday morning.

The house was vacant, and there are no injuries. Investigators know the blaze began on the second floor, but they are still determining the cause. They say flames even started to spread to an occupied house next door, but firefighters were able to contain the fire.

The house was damaged but not badly enough to need demolition. The neighboring home sustained heat damage to the outside.
