Serial bank robbery suspect arrested

GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Police have arrested a suspect in several bank robberies.

Jimi Hatfield, 46, was taken into custody for robbing the Guardian Savings Bank on Harrison Avenue and for robbing the PNC Bank on Bridgetown Road.

Hatfield was identified after investigators received a tip via CrimeStoppers, and was located during a traffic stop in the 6500 block of Harrison Avenue.

Cincinnati Police have also charged Hatfield with a robbery on March 29 at PNC Bank on Glenway Road.

Hatfield was charged with three counts of Aggravated Robbery, felonies of the first degree and was transported to the Hamilton County Justice Center.

His bond was set at $200,000 during his arraignment.
