CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Judgement day for three men involved in a shooting that killed an innocent Cleveland woman.

Devon Mittman, Brennon Isom and Ab Tipton are members of the 95th Street Boys Gang.

Multiple altercations with the 86th Street Quincy Boys Gang led to a shootout just before 1 a.m. on East 95th Street on March 14.

44-year-old Elissa Hereford looked out her second floor window and was shot during the exchange of gunfire. The Cleveland mother was rushed to Metro, where she later died.

On September 26, Mittman, Isom and Tipton all pleaded guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter with a 3-year-firearm specification.

Tipton was sentenced to eight years in prison.
