UPDATE: Guilty verdict for man accused of murdering baby

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

A guilty verdict was handed down Tuesday afternoon for a Hamilton man accused of killing a 4-month-old child.

Steven James Haley, 30, will spend 15 years to life for the murder of James Smith.  The bench trial began on Monday.

Haley will stay in the Butler County Jail.
