First Energy hopes to have full power restored by tonight

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Crews working to restore power have been working around the clock to get those hit hard by super storm Sandy back on the grid.

As of Monday at 1:50 p.m., there are less than 700 homes without power. First Energy tells 19 Action News everyone should have power restored by midnight tonight.

First Energy officials also say they have responded to all downed power lines that they know of.
