The updates below include information reported to the Emergency Operations Center Thursday. Additional information will continue to be collected and distributed via the Joint Information Center through Friday.
Power:
Immediately report all downed or low hanging lines to 911 or your local utility
Ongoing challenges may cause additional outages
CPP full restoration of power anticipated by evening of Nov. 2nd
1,000 customers without power
58 crews still working
CPP cut and cleared wires on the ground at 31 locations on the Westside and 23 on the Eastside of Cleveland
CEI full restoration anticipated by Nov. 5th

Safety:
Power restored to the City Kennel
Trees have been weakened by the storm
Use caution and watch for falling branches
May bring wires down – Report all downed wires immediately
Ask for ID and/or call the utility company if a worker requests access to your home. Utility workers will have badges.
Public Works:
Tree removal –
Cleveland received 400 calls for service since beginning of the storm
Priorities are blocked intersections and power lines
Trash collection is on schedule
Please remember to place lids on all garbage cans and to set out garbage as close to your set out time as possible to limit access for rodents.
