COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -
A Colerain Township man is facing charges after police say he was making explosive devices at his home.
Thomas Fisher is charged with illegal manufacture of explosives and three counts of child endangering.
Police executed a search warrant on Tuesday after receiving information that Fisher's residence on Breedshill Drive contained explosive materials. Police say Fisher had been making explosive devices at the residence, and explosive materials were being stored.
Fisher lived at the home with his wife and three children.
Fisher was taken into custody without incident, and his family was taken to a safe location. the HAmilton County Hazardous Device Unit responded to clear the explosive materials.
Fisher is being held in the Hamilton County Detention Center. His bond was set at $40,000.
