Joe Haden misses practice with oblique injuryBerea (WOIO) - Browns cornerback Joe Haden sat out Thursday's practice because of an oblique injury he suffered during Wednesday's practice.
It's uncertain if Haden will be able to go on Sunday against the Cowboys in Dallas.
"When anyone's down, especially a starter it hurts,'' said safety T.J. Ward about Haden. "Not having Joe will hurt us but the next guy just has to step up. That's how it's been all year. We haven't had our complete defense on the field at any point this (season) I don't think. It just seems like everyone's starting to get back and Joe, I won't say he went down, but he hasn't been practicing. Hopefully we can have him this weekend.''
Browns linebacker James-Michael Johnson pulled his oblique muscle during the final preseason game against the Bears and missed four weeks because of the injury.
The Browns are 0-4 without Haden in the lineup this year and 2-3 when he plays.
