Musicians wanted for Tower City RTA rapid station performances

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is in search of talented musicians to perform at Tower City every third Thursday from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Musicians will be hand-picked by a committee of RTA and community members in the music industry.

The program is called 'Transit Tracks' and is open for submissions.

Selected musicians must sign a permit to play.

RTA will promote musicians' performances with the media, online and in various publications. Participants will be compensated.

The first tentative performance dates are December 20 and January 17. No profanity or vulgarity is allowed.

To apply, submit a non-returnable CD with 3-5 musical selections and your application by U.S. mail by Tuesday, November 20, 2012 to:
