CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Cuyahoga County Prosecutors filed a 14-count indictment against the Transportation Security Administration agent accused of raping a boy he had been mentoring through the Big Brother Big Sister program. The indictment was filed Wednesday morning.
Paul Magnuson is now charged with rape, gross sexual imposition and kidnapping.
According to the police report, the Northeast Ohio boy used to sleep over Magnuson's house last year. During that time, Magnuson allegedly sexually assaulted the victim as many as four times.
Magnuson,44, was recently working overseas for the TSA, and was just brought back to Cleveland on Tuesday.
