GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) -

Garfield Heights police are investigating a double stabbing that left a man dead Thursday morning.

Police responded to call about a fight on the 13700 block of Alvin Ave around 10 p.m. Wednesday night.

When they arrived, they discovered two men suffering from stab wounds. The first man, Vincent Brown, 48, was rushed to Marymount hospital where he was pronounced dead. The second man was taken to Metro to receive treatment.

Police currently have a male in custody, but it is unclear if he was the second victim in the altercation.
