A 62-year-old Garfield Heights man busted for drunk driving in Solon.
It happened shortly after 8 p.m. on November 17 on U.S. 422 east of Harper Road.
An officer observed driver Samuel L. Holcombe pulled over on the berm. As the officer pulled behind the car to investigate, Holcombe was observed exiting the car and walking around to the rear to urinate.
Holcombe submitted to a breath test with a result of .221. and was arrested for OVI.
